You can reach Florence by plane, car, or train.
By plane, you arrive at Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport; from there, you can take the “VOLA IN BUS” shuttle bus to the Santa Maria Novella train station or a taxi.
By car, the nearest parking lot is located under the Santa Maria Novella train station or at Parterre (see all the information available on the Florence Parking page).
If arriving by train, you will get off at Santa Maria Novella station.
Once in Florence, you can easily walk to the Museum in about 10-15 minutes. From the train station, take Via Cerretani to Piazza del Duomo, then turn left onto Via Ricasoli, then turn right onto Via degli Alfani. Your destination is on the left; you have arrived at the Museum.
